The Faculty of Education is a constituent faculty of the Dr. C.V. Raman University offering both undergraduate and post-graduate courses. The programme aims to improve quality and understanding of education and social service provisions in India.

This program is conducted by the Department of Education for B. Ed. students. 21 such sessions have been conducted till date in seven separate skill sets.

Practice Teaching is conducted in various schools in Kota. Twenty different lesson plans have been submitted by the students.

To build an all-rounded cadre of students, CVRU organizes several activities to build team spirit and impart the values of tolerance and understanding. Such activities include literary events like Poetry Reading, Debates and also an entire gamut of cultural activities.

Special seminars are conducted by the department where both B. Ed. and M. Ed. students are required to present their research papers before a panel of judges.

Every B. Ed. student is required to perform at least eight psycho practical assignments and ten in the case of M. Ed. students.
