Admission Process
The prospectus and application form can be obtained from CVRU, Bilaspur, in any one of the following ways.
• In person on payment of Rs. 1000/-
• Through post by sending a written request accompanied by a Demand Draft worth Rs. 1200/- drawn in favour of Dr. C. V. Raman University,
Bilaspur
The applicant should write his/her name and address on the back side of the Demand Draft.

Submission of application
Students are advised to fill out the complete admission form and must submit the same to the University (along with the Demand Draft of the amount indicated against each course).
Enclose the following Certificates (photocopy) along with the admission form
• Mark sheets: One set of mark sheets of qualifying/last attended (10+2 ), Graduation, Post Graduation
• Examination certificates: Higher Secondary, Graduation, Post Graduation
• Photograph: One recent passport size photograph

Important Instructions
• Recent passport size photograph (duly attested) should be pasted on the application form
• The application form is not transferable
• The application will be rejected in case of any discrepancy between the information given in the application form and supporting documents.

should apply for admission

Applicant's Details
Talent Search Initiative
The Talent Search Competition was first organized by CVRU during the academic year 2009-10 where more than 5000 final year school students from every stream participated. Entry was free of cost and Rs. 5000, Rs. 3000, Rs. 1500 was declared as prize money for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions, respectively. Students who ranked among the first 50 were also given certificates and prizes.
The aim of the competition was to eliminate fear among students of tribal dominated areas and encourage them to participate in other state and national level events.
Other objectives:
• Imparting teaching and training to students of tribal dominant and backward regions about the pattern and type of questions asked in such
competitions
• Training and informing financially weak students about strategy and approach towards professional/entrance and other competitive exams
• Providing an opportunity to students of standard12th to prepare for entrance exams and assess preparations
